 Looking for 2021-2023 passed out candidatesMechanical Engineer-
 •  Execute Preventive maintenance jobs across the plant
 •  Carry out Break-down maintenance as well as analyse the reason for failures
 •  Grievance handling of subordinates
 •  Ensure high order of Housekeeping of machines
 •  Implement energy conservation projects
 •  Co-ordinate with production, technical and planning department for smooth work flow
 •  Plan and execute Improvement plans
 •  Maintain discipline in the shop floor
 •  Provide training to workmen
 •  Deploy and manage the maintenance crew of the section / zone
 •  Achieve profit centre norms
 •  Spares management
 •  Man management of maintenance crew
