We are presently looking for some dedicated Industrial Engineers to join our Planned Maintenance System (PMS) team in Patna ( Bihar ). This is a great opportunity to gain experience and contribute to a highly dedicated and international team.

The open position is in the PMS Project Management department which consists of four dedicated team members in Patna ( Bihar ).

Effective planning, preparation and execution of planned maintenance jobs on board Steel Making Plant are crucial and goes hand-in-hand with our ambition to deliver high- quality and cost-effective technical management.

The PMS team is responsible for successful execution and implementation of important projects which will enable our ambitions to competitively maintain.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Industrial Engineer located in Patna ( Bihar ). The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing manufacturing processes and systems, process improvements, and managing projects to ensure increased efficiency and productivity. The Industrial Engineer will also be responsible for analyzing data and providing recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Industrial Engineering capabilities
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Manufacturing Engineering and Process Improvement
• Knowledge of statistical process control and Six Sigma methodologies
• Proficiency in computer-aided design and simulation software
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus

Role:

1. Execution & Planning experience in Cement Production/ Project Planning/ Supply Chain Management.

2. Scheduling/Monitoring of Production Program, Resource deployment schedule, Resource selection and Optimization.

3. Preparation of Manufacturing Methodology & Time cycle Analysis.

4. Productivity Monitoring, corrective action plan for improvement.

5. Proven skills in managing teams to work in sync with the corporate objectives and motivating them for achieving business & individual goals.

Job Duties:-

• Review Maintenance schedules, engineering specifications, process flows, and other information to understand methods that are applied and activities that take place in manufacturing and services
• Figure out how to manufacture parts or products, or deliver services, with maximum efficiency
• Develop management control systems to make financial planning and cost analysis more efficient
• Enact quality control procedures to resolve production problems or minimize costs
• Design control systems to coordinate activities and production planning in order to ensure that products meet quality standards
• Confer with clients about product specifications, vendors about purchases, management personnel about manufacturing capabilities, and staff about the status of projects

Educational Qualifications: Diploma/ BE / B. Tech / ME / M.Tech. ( Mechanical/Production/Maintenance/Automobile/Electrical/Quality/Civil Engineering) from reputed University or equivalent to same mentioned above.

Experience: Fresher as well as Experienced both can apply.
