Looking for an Business Development Manager who would be responsible for Educating, comparing and Selling insurance Plans (General, Life and Health Insurance) to customers. They will build and preserve trusting relationships with new customers. We will rely on our insurance sales team to find ways to outperform our competition and maintain our company’s positive image by providing the best solution to the financial needs of the clients. To succeed in this role, the individual should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams and build rapport with customers.
Hold discussions with insurance prospects on call to provide them with a suitable product details/comparison basis their needs and close sales for the organization.
Utilize your skillset to sell/cross-sell insurance products to prospects and create revenue for the organization.
Fully responsible for meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically.
Aim to preserve customers and keep a high retention rate.
Build effective relationship with clients to retain and develop sustainable relationships.
