Fortbell is seeking a highly skilled and experienced GIS Draftsman to join our team. With over 7 years of industry experience, you will play a key role in creating accurate and detailed maps, drawings, and plans using AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and QGIS software.

Responsibilities

• Develop precise and visually appealing maps, drawings, and plans using AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and QGIS.
• Conduct spatial data analysis, data processing, and geospatial modeling.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of geospatial databases.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure GIS data accuracy and integrity.
• Provide technical support and expertise in GIS software and tools.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in GIS technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, or a related field.
• Proven experience of at least 7 years as a GIS Draftsman.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and QGIS.
• Strong understanding of geospatial data principles and spatial analysis techniques.
• Solid knowledge of cartographic principles and map design.
• Experience in land development, infrastructure planning, or environmental analysis is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
