Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Ranchi. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales in the assigned area, meeting sales targets, identifying and acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships with existing customers, understanding market trends and competition, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Sales and marketing experience in the FMCG industry
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets and acquiring new customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Salesforce

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:

• Experience in the food and beverage industry
• Knowledge of the local market in Ranchi
• Ability to analyze data and draw insights
• Good presentation skills
