Roles and Responsibilities
- The HR Business Partner will be a critical member of Business HR team.
- Own the Perfect HR charter for the business teams he/she will work with •
- Align business practice with people to drive effective performance. •
- Identify, analyze, scale and implement best practices suited for the organization through effective process interventions •
- Serve as point of contact for employee queries, work with appropriate stake holders for resolution, ensure positive closure and enhance employee experience in the organization.
- Ensure HR transactions are executed, create process excellence and align with standard organization practices •
- Develop effective partnership with employees, managers and ensure positive work environment. Create a robust employee network to understand and act on pulse of the organization. •
- Look for ways to proactively improve & enhance processes. •
- Develop and nurture professional relationship with peers, colleagues, business and senior leaders and build effective employee engagement strategy •
- Create effective analytical tools & reports to analyze employee information. Enable managers & leaders with proactive solutions to address people challenges and foster positive work environment •
- Identify HR intervention needs, create appropriate programs, actively participate in HR interventions & projects and ensure timely completion.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Masters degree in Human Resources/ MBA, preferably 1-2 years prior HRBP experience
- 6 months + Experience in HR at Flipkart , preferably HR business Partnering •
- Good learnability •
- Strong influencing skills and experience in collaborating across teams •
- Hands on, team player and can-do attitude – high energy, positive, deadline-driven, dependable with an ability to deliver results with aggressive deadlines. •
- Have good problem solving acumen with the ability to influence people and drive results while building long term positive and collaborative relationship. •
- Very good communication skills. Verbal and written confidence in all areas related to communication •
- Strong analytical bent of mind, with an ability to analyze data for trends. •
- Should be comfortable with reporting & presenting data for analysis.
