1) Drive E2E DC Operations in a large scale fulfillment/Warehouse Setup.
2) Drives and Monitors all the metrics concerning Operations, Safety, Quality, 5S as per Company AOP.
3) Maintain desired standards of health/safety/hygiene & security.
4) Customer focused & results driven approach.
5) Able to identify training needs of Staff. Strives to Develop, mentor and motivate the team to achieve higher goals.
6) Able to Plan, monitor and appraise job results.
7) Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
8) Focused on Cost Optimization, Productivity Improvement and Project Management. Build a culture of ownership and empowerment in Warehouse.
9) Work closely with Central teams/Regional stakeholders to fulfill organizational objectives.
