Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager WFM. The Senior Manager WFM will be responsible for day-to-day workforce management tasks in Udaipur. This includes optimizing the cost-to-serve a customer, improving customer experience, and RPA/IPA-led digital transformation practices. The Senior Manager WFM will also oversee data labelling and annotation projects, as well as ML model building.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce management and customer experience management
• Knowledge of RPA/IPA-led digital transformation
• Strong understanding of computer vision, ML, and NLP
• Excellent leadership and managerial skills
• Experience in data annotation and labelling
• Proficiency in CRM and QMS
• Experience in the retail, healthcare, and BFSI verticals
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Business Administration)
