We have an opening for Ranchi locations for the “Process Trainer” position in a reputed MNC BPO company.

We required the candidates for this position, who has experienced from BPO company as a process trainer.

Qualification – Graduate(Any)

Experience – 1+ years

Salary — up to 4.7 LPA

Job location – Ranchi

Shift – 24*7 (rotational)

Week off – 1 day rotational

Notice period – 15 to 30 days

Desired Skills: –

Languages – English, Hindi (Mandatory); any other languages shall be an added advantage

Willingness to work in a 24×7 shift environment with 6 days of working

Good MS Office skills

Exposure to Chat & Compliance Management shall be an added advantage

Should not fall under any disciplinary grids in the past 6 months

Responsibility: –

Deliver product training for New Hires in the Chat/Complaint Management and Voice Lines of Businesses

Design training curriculum using inputs from Operations & Quality

Knowledge management for the process

Maintain MIS related to all training batches

Keep up to date with the product/process knowledge

Accountability for 0 – 30 days batch performance

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹470,000.00 per year
