Key Purpose of the Job Position Summary To conduct feasibility solutioning coordination for backhaul to manage projects permissions Key Result AreasEnd-to-end site management for deployment across the given state Establish and manage customer expectations and relationships for each site Facilitate timely and effective customer communication through regular meetings reporting site visits and conference calls Manage vendor commitments labor expenses and other costs to ensure compliance with approved budgets Manage contractor resources temporary project staffing and vendors to ensure completion in accordance with contracted timeliness Provide regular status updates and progress reports to the Head Deployment Travel to project locations on a regular basis to meet with customer and to ensure timely delivery of the site Capacity management site optimization and performance monitoring during deployment BD Support as the technical SPOC at city assist the BD team during BD cycle with a delivery schedule and solutioning support Key Sills Experience RequiredB E B Tech in Electrical Electronic engineering preferably 5 years of experience in telecom projects Good knowledge of DAS Small cells and Wi-Fi architecture NOTE Candidates with passive experience are preferred Like experience in Civil Construction Electrical Pole tower etc Local candidates will be preferred Please apply only if you are eligible as per requirement Job Types Full-time Regular PermanentSalary 400 000 00 – 600 000 00 per yearBenefits Cell phone reimbursementHealth insuranceProvident FundSchedule Day shiftExperience O M 5 years Preferred Deployment 5 years Preferred
