NOTE: Profiles of candidates having experience in Telecom Industry (Small Cell) will be considered only.

Position Summary: To drive and execute Small Cell business development initiatives; To acquire Small Cell Locations, Manage Channel Partners; To manage relationships with Mobile Network Operators.

Key Result Area:

1. Lead the sales and new client acquisition effort in defined markets and geography.

2. Identify opportunities, present capabilities and gain commitment from prospects leading to current and future revenue.

3. Analyze market trends, implications and develop strategies to participate in resultant opportunities

4. Identify and Acquire sites for Small Cell Installation as required by Mobile Network Operators

5. Develop and Manage Channel partners for Acquisition and Installation of Small Cell sites

6. Manage and nurture relationships with the Mobile Network Operators.

7. Managing the sites & related issues/relationships for installations and setting up Small Cell Infrastructure.

8. Manage commercial arrangements with Internal & External stake holders including Invoicing & Billing

9. Establish close working relationships with existing customers, sales prospects, and internal stakeholders to understand the needs related to business development initiatives.

Key Skills/Experience Required:

1. MBA in Sales & Marketing with engineering background preferred.

2. 5 years or more experience in telecom BD domain.

3. Ability to lead multi geography ecosystem and manage a large no. of partners.

4. Knowledge of respective regional language.

5. High on integrity.

6. Team Player.

7. Strong Execution Skill.

8. Effective problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends.

9. Should be tech savvy

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹700,000.00 – ₹900,000.00 per year
