Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Hindi Medium K10 & K12 tutors located in Ranchi. As a tutor, you will be responsible for providing personalized and interactive lessons to students in the subjects of English, mathematics, physics, biology, and social science. Your day-to-day tasks will include preparing lesson plans, delivering engaging and effective online sessions, assessing student progress, and providing feedback to enhance learning outcomes. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on students educational journeys and contribute to the mission of democratizing education.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and expertise in English, mathematics, physics, biology, and social science
• Experience in teaching or tutoring K10 & K12 students in Hindi-medium students with terms and terminology
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage students and create a positive learning environment
• Flexibility and adaptability in delivering personalized lessons

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience.
• Pro-efficiency in Hindi-medium teaching.
• Teaching students online through a voice-enabled platform is a plus
• Review sessions and provide feedback as per the set standards
• Working hours: 9:00 a.m.6:00 p.m. with a six-day workweek
• Relevant experience with Jharkhand, Bihar, or UP boards with similar TG.
