Role Description

Fillip Technologies is looking for a Senior Website Designer, responsible for designing responsive and imaginative website layouts, identifying and presenting design ideas according to clients’ needs and vision, providing guidance to junior designers, and managing design projects from conception to completion. The Senior Website Designer will work closely with the project management team to ensure client satisfaction, accuracy of work, and timely delivery. This is a full-time on-site role located in Patna, India.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3+ years of experience in website designing
• Excellent design portfolio showcasing the range of design work, thought process, and problem-solving skills including proficiency with Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/JQuery, front-end frameworks like Bootstrap, foundation, etc. and grid systems
• Strong knowledge of responsive design, web standards, and UI/UX principles
• Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMSs) such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla
• Collaborative approach with the ability to work in a team, strong communication, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Strong conceptual thinking and ability to make data-driven design decisions based on analytics, user feedback, and research
