Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Content Writer located in Patna. The Senior Content Writer is responsible for developing and creating content and marketing copy for various forms of media, such as blog posts, social media platforms, advertising copy, and other marketing materials. The Senior Content Writer leads and mentors a team of content writers and ensures that all output conforms to the company’s voice and branding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in copywriting, content writing or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficient in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices
• Strong understanding of content management systems and social media platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of content writers
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytical tools
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Deep passion for writing and ability to tell compelling stories, and strong research and analytical skills
• Experience in creating content for multiple media channels and in varying tones and voices is a plus
