One of our clients in the insurance industry is looking for a senior framework specialist The ideal candidate will be experienced in growing and managing a company s framework business You will also be responsible for managing specific frameworks You should have a flexible attitude to meet the needs of the role Tasks Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of real work tasks relevant for all positions in the assigned discipline Support in the development of job descriptions and competency framework To create analyze and provide regular and ad-hoc management information as required interrogating resource link Undertake any HR related projects to meet the requirements of the business plan Generally add and contribute towards the successful delivery of HR best practices by the HR team Work actively in the research and development of HR systems policies and procedures to meet employment legislation Requirements Bachelor s degree or MBA in HR or related field Excellent project planning management and organizational skills Ability to multitask under tight deadlines Strong communication interpersonal and negotiation skills Confidence and enthusiasm Excellent project planning skills Flexible and adaptable with an ability to adapt appropriately If you re interested join us now
