Job Description
One of our clients in the insurance industry is looking for a junior framework specialist You will partner with other HR leaders Analytics teams Talent Acquisition teams and other key leaders across the organization This role requires a highly collaborative approach to reach recommendations on workforce planning needs Tasks Assist in designing implementing and adopting workforce planning frameworks methodologies metrics processes and supporting tools Assist HR and business leaders to integrate standardized workforce planning practices into the organization Assist in providing workforce planning services to the HR Business Partnering team including analyzing workforce and skill gaps Developing workforce planning action plan including monitoring progress Identifying and communicating workforce trends to the HR Business Partnering team to highlight future resourcing opportunities and risks Requirements Bachelor s degree or MBA in HR or related field Basic knowledge of strategic workforce planning Knowledge of working within the insurance industry is an asset Co-operative and supportive team player Willing to assist in the capacity building of others Excellent written and verbal communication skills If you re interested join us now
