An ideal Candidate this is your chance we are currently seeking a Senior Application Designer to join one of our clients from an Investment Banking company to Design build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements Develop Functional Technical Specs from business requirements Tasks Analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems Assessing the business model and its integration with technology Develop intuitive usable and engaging interactions and visual designs for mobile Provide strategic thinking and leadership Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process Participate in the development process from definition through design build test release and maintenance Stay abreast of UX trends and look for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds Develop Modify all backend objects in Native HANA Integration of HANA with different SAP and Non SAP Source Systems experience with SDA SDI SLT Break any design problem down into viable actionable chunks and solve them with clarity and precision Assessing current state identifying customer requirements and defining the future state and or business solution Researching gathering and synthesizing information Research and track advancements in mobile application design patterns Understanding as-is process analyzing users requirements and document requirements Requirements Bachelor s Master s Degree in Computer Engineering Computer Science or any related field Experience in Application Development as an IT Business Analyst System Analyst or Developer Specifically in the Banking or Financial Services industry Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision Good English and German communication skills Write high-quality source code to program complete applications within deadlines Strong analytical and proven ability to quickly understand complex business and systems and provide a suitable solution for clients Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with diverse people such as clients developers quality assurances subject matter experts and architects Interested Join us Now
