Our leading client from the IT industry is looking for a Junior UX Developer. UX Developers are important to both the customer experience as well as overall website success. UX-Developers understand the big picture; they design the organizational structure behind a website and make certain interactive components of a site can be achieved.

Tasks

• Design the UX for the product as per the requirement;
• Develop static artifacts, images, product logos, etc. required for the product;
• Design the concept by studying information and materials;
• Ability to create and design graphics/art assets from scratch;
• Translate requirements into interface concepts following the latest usability principles;
• Create wireframes, site maps, process flows, and other design documentation;
• Work with the developers and data architects to ensure the feasibility of the design;
• Provide insightful feedback and use your experience to improve the quality of the product and reduce the complexity of the user interface;
• Deliver an outstanding user experience providing an exceptional and intuitive application design;
• Optimize existing UI designs and plan and implement new designs;
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features;
• Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently;

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, graphic design or human-computer interaction or in any other relevant area;
• Experience in developing web applications;
• Solid understanding of navigation and UI for maximizing usability;
• Working Experience in HTML, CSS, AJAX, JQuery, JavaScript, Photoshop, Illustrator Dreamweaver, and other computer publishing environments;
• Passion for graphic design, human-computer interaction, and interaction design;
• Strong eye for typography, color, and hierarchy, type size, font style;
• A commitment to producing quality and innovative work;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
