FENG GROUP Hiring for Programmer Analyst (Junior) Job at Patna

Our Client is from a Financial Services company that is looking for a passionate Junior Programmer Analyst who will be responsible for working with business, operations to gather ship carrier requirements and collaborate with transportation technology teams to integrate new carriers and ship methods into the network.This job requires you to constantly hit the ground running and your ability to learn quickly and work on disparate and overlapping tasks will define your success.

Tasks

• Provide / Develop technical solutions and help reduce operational issues related to software and hardware;
• Work on operations and maintenance-oriented coding projects with the potential for Java-based projects;
• Automate manual workflows to improve the productivity of and act as a lead/subject matter expert for the team;
• Software deployment support in staging and production environments;
• Develop tools to aid operations and maintenance;
• Will set up a process and drive its adoption by influencing team members. They have strong project and stakeholder management skills;
• Will be making the right tradeoffs during conflicts in the project schedule;
• Will work closely with business stakeholders, program management teams and keep them updated on project status;
• Will be the escalation point of contact for the configurations owned by the team in absence of the manager;
• Participate in recruiting efforts and mentor Level 4 engineers on day-to-day code and configurational changes;

Requirements

• Bachelors in Computer Science or related field with years of experience;
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as SQL, Perl, Python, XML, or Ruby;
• Ability to write code in C, C++, or Java;
• Ability to understand functional/technical specifications and analyze data;
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail;
• The ability to track multiple test executions simultaneously and synthesize the results;
