One of our clients is seeking an Integration tech lead who will be in charge of delivering AVCLI scope on design/build and upgrade projects as a Technical Integration Lead, ensuring that implemented solutions meet our experience and support standards. You will represent the Technical Integration team by using your knowledge of stakeholder needs and optimal technical solutions to influence AVCLI scope, schedule, and budget decisions.

Tasks

• Work with project teams on functional requirements, resource allocation, development, and implementation plans;
• Contribute to Employee Development plans;
• Prepare needed documentation and present in required design or architecture review meetings;
• Working for a global biotech company, the Manager of Change Integration is responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans for change initiatives identified and implemented by the Tech Ops Quality organization;
• The Quality Change Integration Manager will engage with stakeholders, listen to feedback, and help to create plans to effectively integrate change into existing operations around the globe;
• Deploy to various project teams with change initiatives identified and implemented by the Tech Ops Quality organization, to help guide and execute their internal and external communications and change management initiatives in order to accomplish change adoption;
• Ensures all required documents are delivered, documentation database updated, tests are made, completed, and documented;
• Responsible for ensuring alignment of the Projects and Run Service Managers and working with IT&S Strategy & Architecture for strategic roadmaps;
• Responsible for supporting functional Integration Services staff for Project Delivery Run Support (estimates, fit/gap, pilots);
• Act as an escalation point to resolve major Incidents and Problems;

Requirements

• Hold at minimum a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, MIS, or a related technical discipline;
• EA/SA Certification by a recognized Government or academic institution;
• Professional experience with XML, XSD, XSLT, WSDL, HTTP(s), FTP;
• Strong experience with Integration Data Hubs and ETL Tools;
• Experience with source code repositories (Subversion, Team Foundation Server) and continuous integration/deployment;
• Active Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance with Polygraph;
