One of our clients in the insurance industry is looking for a junior framework specialist. You will partner with other HR leaders, Analytics teams, Talent Acquisition teams, and other key leaders across the organization. This role requires a highly collaborative approach to reach recommendations on workforce planning needs.
Tasks
- Assist in designing, implementing, and adopting workforce planning frameworks, methodologies, metrics, processes, and supporting tools;
- Assist HR and business leaders to integrate standardized workforce planning practices into the organization;
- Assist in providing workforce planning services to the HR Business Partnering team including analyzing workforce and skill gaps;
- Developing workforce planning action plan including monitoring progress;
- Identifying and communicating workforce trends to the HR Business Partnering team to highlight future resourcing opportunities and risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in HR or related field;
- Basic knowledge of strategic workforce planning;
- Knowledge of working within the insurance industry is an asset;
- Co-operative and supportive team player;
- Willing to assist in the capacity building of others;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
