Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager at Faircent. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing sales in Bihar. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential customers, building relationships, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also provide market feedback to the management team.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the financial industry and lending products
- Experience in managing sales in Bihar is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
