Roles and responsibilities

• Exemplary approach towards understanding development request from sales team.
• Responsible for testing new feature of salesforce.
• Planning and execution of CRM training.
• Excellent proficiency in analyzing and creating salesforce reports.
• Competent in recording CRM session in a way that the audience can learn and apply in

efficient manner. * Strong interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
