Job Responsibility:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Provide step-by-step assistance to customers using Matrix and/or other issues building platforms as applicable/needed.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Creates and disseminates reporting and analytics to Store Support, Operations and Construction teams as needed.
- Reports on store inventory and configures data to determine the most cost efficient use of in-store products.
- Maintains an open line of communication between Regional Service Managers and various Store Support Center teams.
- Assists in driving the culture and customer experience within the store.
- Participate in team meetings to provide recommendations and feedback on improvements to process, fulfillment, and product offerings
- Assists in driving the culture and customer experience within the store
- Train new associates on all aspects of Appliance and Hardware Store functions
- Train new associates on Creating Customer Enthusiasm/Selling Skills process
- Assists the management team in developing a high performance team by assisting in the scheduling, training, coaching and supervising of consultative selling associates as directed, with a focus on building the skills required to sell total solutions, resolve customer issues, enhance profitability of sales and develop customer relationships.
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology
- Possibly training junior staff
Skill Required:
- Must be knowledgeable about IT.
- Should be knowledgeable about MS-Office.
- Exceptional customer service skills
