Designation- Head EPC (Rooftop & SWP)

Exp- Min 8 Yrs. (solar/power sector in project development)

Qualification – Any Graduate

Job Responsibility:

1. Work closely with the Leadership Team on executing strategies for current and future projects.

2. Preparation of DPR post Survey and submission to Nodal Agency

3. Engineering, procurement and construction of PV Solar Projects including Solar Water Pumps, till commissioning

4. Review the engineering drawings for ensuring that all specifications are met.

5. Devise project plans encompassing technical, operational, financial and managerial aspects for successful implementation of projects.

6. Identify, analyze and mitigate all risks which could impact project deliveries within predetermined time and cost.

7. Oversee site and construction activity and drive the project, contractor and consultant and other related agencies for execution.

8. Monitor projects with respect to budgeted cost, resource deployment, utilization, time overruns to ensure timely execution of projects

9. Conduct regular reviews to ensure accountability of all project activities as well as the accurate and timely reporting of financial deliverable and obligations.

10. Timely submission of project documentation for billing.

Skill Required:

1. Should have commissioned min 5MW rooftop solar or 1500 Solar Water Pumps.

2. Must be adept at liaising with Govt. agencies.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year
