Team Leader Responsibilities:

Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.

Strictly follow the TAT and quality of the work

Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.

Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.

Delegating tasks to team members.

Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.

Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge and communication skills.

Conducting weekly and monthly performance reviews.

Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.

Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.

Skills Requirements:

Excellent communication skills.

Computer literate (Email, MS Office)

Candidate must have the ability to explain the details to the employees

Ability to do Multi Task

The candidate must be able to take responsibility and Handle Pressure at times

The candidate must have the out of the box thinking and has Convincing Skills

Minimum of 3+ years experience in handling a team of minimum 10-15 field executives

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
