Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Management position located in Patna. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to HR management, including recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, performance management, employee relations, training and development, and HR policy and procedure implementation.

• Experience in recruitment and employee onboarding
• Knowledge of performance management processes
• Understanding of HR policies and procedures
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
