Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Production Manager at E-Samaadhaan. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating production activities, ensuring efficient utilization of resources, managing the manufacturing process, and maintaining quality standards. The Production Manager will also be involved in developing production plans, monitoring progress, analyzing data, and implementing process improvements.

• Experience in managing resources and optimizing production processes
• Knowledge of quality standards and continuous improvement methodologies

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferably mechanical, civil, Architecture, Business Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred. Minimum work experience of 6-7 years in relevant field.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
• Adept in construction standards.
• Apt knowledge of engineering design codes and diligent in drawing reading and interpretation.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Strong team player.
