Responsibilities
- Conduct project administration duties including the coordination of events, event planning, participant invites and registrations, materials preparation, materials distribution and all tracking of event details.
- Maintain records of all documents and correspondence related to projects.
- Track and monitor project activities.
- Produce, review and distribute reports.
- Support Project Manager to deliver on time & on budget.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, as required.
- Gather and analyze information to support project development and project implementation
- Building a team of volunteers, paid interns and full time team.
- Liaising with government agencies/partners/donors, scheduling meetings
Qualifications & Skills
- Master Degree in Social Work / Rural Development
- Strong communication skills.
- Organizational skills, including an ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent computer skills
- Management Skills
- Budget skills
- Reporting skills
- Good Monitoring and Evaluation skills
- Accountability Skills
- Coordination Skills
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible, highly motivated self-starter.
- Fluency in written and spoken English & local language
- Having knowledge in Agricultural sector is preferred.
Salary- INR 20,000 to INR 30,000
( Compensation package will be in line with qualification, experience & last salary) drawn
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
