Asking their answers on pre-fixed Questionnaires & filling them in the web based Google Form. Simultaneous updating on the Feedback excel spread sheet. Reporting on weekly basis on the Reporting template.

Work Experience: Having minimum 3-4 years target driven Calling experience in Educational / Banking sector.

Skills: Professional proficiency in MS Office, Outbound Call handling; Mailing. Professional language proficiency in local vernacular, English & Hindi

Educational Qualification: Minimum Degree qualified
