Roles and responsibilities:
- You will ensure that the students love the brand by answering their queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat identifying patterns among them, and optimizing processes.
- You would use customer insights to improve customer satisfaction. You would collect feedback from students and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Qualifications
- Customer Support and Technical Support skills
- Interpersonal skills for communicating effectively with customers and colleagues
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing customer needs and offering appropriate solutions
- Customer satisfaction skills for ensuring positive customer interactions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience with customer service software, such as Zendesk, is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, or related field is preferred
