ENEOS Retail [Sales & Marketing ] : New distributor Appointment and Secondary sale development
Identify and recommend prospects for New Channel patners expansion in assigned territory.
Build and maintain the relationship with Channel partners, Retailers and Mechanics.
Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.
Achieve the sales target given by organization to meet the regional and organization goal.
Prepare and report to line manager/organization on daily activity.
Drive Channel partner by making terriotry slaes plan.
Drive TPE (Third Party Employees) and DSR (Distributor representative) to execute the organization strategy at ground to achieve the organization goal.
Qualifications/ Specialization Required
Graduation/MBA [ Marketing ]
Basic Computer operational knowledge and Good command on Microsoft office tools [ Excel and Presentation ].
Requirements Experience Required
Relevent/ Automotive Industry experience in Channel Sales of at least 3-5 Years.
Ability to drive and manage Distributors and teams to align with the Organizations direction.
Experience in working with Japanese organizations will be an added advantage
Any Other Qualifications
Good in terms of negotiations, Can influence the Channels and Customers.
Should have a good geographical understanding of Chhattisgarh.
