Job Description
Looking for a candidate good in sales with background in FMCG foods (preferable from biscuit or mass distributed products such as chips / toffee / etc.)
– HQ Jamshedpur / Patna
– Experience in working with highly perishable items with short shelf-life
– Minimum experience of 10-12 years with at least 6 years of managerial experience with on-roll team handling
– Super-stockist and sub-distributor distribution model exposure
– Scheme handling / budgeting / recruitment / competitor tracking / team management / expansion / data handling / reporting / excel knowledge
– Max age of 50 years
– Travel intensive job
– Should have a personal 2-wheeler
– No integrity or dishonesty issues
– Should have the passion to grow with the company
– Thorough background verification to be done with past company history, etc.
