Job Responsibilities:

• Detail design (preparation of schematic with proper BOM) of electrical s y s t e m s (Motor and drive systems, switchgears etc.), control system (PLC, HMI & special sensors) for autonomous vehicles (EOT cranes, RTG cranes, Transfer cars and others)
• Creation and testing of machine-specific control programs with the aid of standard modules (PLC, HMI, SCADA, process technology, etc.) for all machine areas and overall line competence of standard systems
• Evaluation of alternative and replacement solutions for control and electrical components developed in collaboration with the software team
• Propose and create system design models, specifications, diagrams, and charts for the machine control program to be developed
• Ownership of complete PLC S/W development in ladder/STL/SCL (Siemens S7 — PLC) as required & HMI S/W development in Win CC using standard features & scripting language
• Document preparation related to erection, installation, testing & commissioning of system
• Testing the full functionality of the machine control program before deployment through simulation
• Design and deploy new applications as & when required and enhancements to existing control system
• Onsite field work for system commissioning & PAT/FAT
• Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, monitor the system performance; prepare and deliver overall system performance statistics, including end-user reviews etc.
• Analysis of faults and fault correction for the entire machine area of standard systems. (Internally in operations and externally at the customer)
• Provide orientation and training to end users for all new & modified systems & thereby build, develop & sustain customer relationship

Job Skills & Qualifications:

• BE Electrical/Electronics or relevant from a recognized university with good academic performance at all levels
• 3-5 years’ Industry work experience
• Proven experience in Detail design and programming knowledge in Siemens PLC S7-300/400, S7-1200/1500 in Ladder, STL & SCL language for mid-size project related to motion control, sequen- tial/Batch process using TIA portal
• In-depth knowledge in HMI development in WINCC Advance/Professional to create HMI projects for comfort panels, basic panels and PC runtime
• Working knowledge for inter-system communication (between PLC, PLC & Computer over serial, TCP and Profinet/ Profisafe)
• Programming knowledge for handling safety PLC & safety I/Os
• Basic knowledge of handling different drive system and control command management over profinet
• Knowledge of LAN/WLAN and networking components
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, EPLAN and Microsoft Visio and Office
• Knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical systems
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Able to work individually and in a team for any assigned project
• Able to meet deadlines in challenging conditions
• Candidates with exposure to steel and metals industry preferred with the above qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
