Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Manager based in Patna. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all operations within the designated area. This includes monitoring sales performance, implementing strategies to increase market share, managing a team of sales representatives, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. The Area Manager will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the tiles or construction industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong business acumen and understanding of sales strategies
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Willingness to travel within the designated area
