Key Responsibilities:

1. Website Management:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the company’s website.

• Ensure the website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and reflects the company’s brand image.

2. Web Development:

• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop new web-based

features and functionalities.

• Implement best practices in web development and user experience (UX) design.

3. Software and Hardware Support:

• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, addressing software and hardware

issues promptly.

• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems, including desktop support and software

installations.

4. Infrastructure Management:

• Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure.

• Ensure the availability, security, and scalability of networks and systems.

5. Vendor Management:

• Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and technology partners.

• Evaluate and negotiate contracts to optimize costs and performance.

6. Security and Compliance:

• Implement and enforce IT security policies and protocols to safeguard company data

and systems.

• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.

7. Project Management:

• Lead IT projects, from planning and execution to post-implementation review.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

8. Continuous Improvement:

• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend technology solutions to

streamline operations.

• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
