You are responsible for mentoring a team of Digital Sales Developers in achieving their targets of transiting individuals into future-ready careers within the new digital economy. You will provide support and mentorship in consultative needs-based selling where required to achieve the team goals.
Responsibilities
You will lead a team of Digital Sales Developers through training and mentorship. You will work closely with the Marketing Team to launch lead generation and awareness campaigns to ensure that the acquisition of skills and a future-ready career is fulfilled.
· Lead a team of Digital Sales Developers
· Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns to outreach to the desired target audience
· Upkeep the sales activities and conversion ratio to achieve the sales target set
· Identify and not be limited to potential school partners, tuition centres, education agents, and Associations for user acquisition, activation, retention and monetization.
· Develop commercial and activation schemes to vitalise channel cooperation.
· Initiate community activation campaigns, events, roadshows, counselling, and info-sessions, to build brand leadership, and drive regular student supply.
· Set metrics and monitor and evaluate partnership effectiveness.
· Manage local marketing communications, events, outbound activity campaign
· Collaborate with partners to identify lifelong, and higher learning projects to drive strategic, short-term, and long-term training opportunities to achieve eduCLaaS’ business goals.
Requirements:
Must have 6-8 years of relevant experience in student outreach for the Higher Education domain
Must have led a team of student counsellors in Higher Education
Adept in conducting BTL activations- like webinars, road shows, seminars and other similar student outreach program
Good communication skills and good team player as well as a good leader
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹60,000.00 – ₹86,000.00 per month
