Channel Recruitment Manager
- Identify and not limited to potential school partners, tuition centre, education agents, and Associations for user acquisition, activation, retention and monetization.
- Develop commercial and activation schemes to vitalise channel cooperation.
- Initiate community activation campaigns, events, roadshow, counselling, and info-sessions, to build brand leadership, and drive regular student supply.
- Set metrics, monitor and evaluate partnership effectiveness.
- Manage local marketing communications, event, outbound activity campaign.
- Collaborate with partners to identify lifelong, and higher learning projects to drive strategic, short-term, and long-term training opportunities to achieve eduCLaaS’ business goals
Requirements
- Must have at least 5 years relevant experience preferably in EdTech or Higher Education domain;
- Prior B2B & B2C education sales experience;
- Open for travelling to visit campuses / universities / colleges / school.
- Based in the West: Kolkata, Bhubaneshwar, Bengal, Jharkand
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹60,000.00 – ₹86,000.00 per month
