Job Description

• Managing support for change management tools and processes.
• Knowledge of system design, implementation, and user support principles and practices.
• Experience with IT system troubleshooting.
• Experience working as a junior IT specialist.
• Broad working knowledge of computer networking, installation, and administration.
• Experience with project management.
• Excellent technical skills.
• Experience on MySQL will be preferred.
• The ability to remain up to date with the latest software developments.
• Great analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A bachelor’s or graduate’s degree in programming, computer engineering, computer science, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per year
