• Key Responsibilities Control Product Verification Test (PVT) plans across internal and external laboratories. Conduct PVT activities such as product testing, equipment maintenance and calibrations. Create and maintain product technical files. Develop a deep understanding of their lighting products, their features, functionalities, and technical specifications. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to lighting and controls. Create and update technical support documentation, including troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.Technical Engineer
• Key Requirements Proven experience in product based technical support. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
