Your Role: As a Business Development Manager, your major responsibility will be to generate business for the organization.

Job Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop and Enact IT Business Strategy

Business Development: Identify Business Opportunities, Potential Partnerships, Empanelment’s, Emerging trends, and open up new markets with the focus on IT Solutions, Resource Augmentation, Manpower.

Revenue Generation: Sell Solutions and Services, Generate Revenue from Business and fulfil the revenue targets as per the strategic planning.

Team Leadership: Build and Lead effective cross-functional teams for Sales, Client Coordination from Project Initiation till Closure, Business Analytics, Bid and Proposal writing, Client Presentations and Demos or other support areas. Sound knowledge of bid, tendering ,pre and post sales, documentation.

Contribute to developing top leads for Marketing/ sales/ Head.

Conduct research to find prospective accounts/leads/contacts that are a good fit.

Good knowledge or Understanding of Ministry / Government / Public /Private Sector/ e-commerce project framework.

Sound knowledge of Govt/ Public/ Private pre and post documents for tendering & bidding of projects.

Pitch Survey point solutions persuasively to get demo appointments.

Good presentation skills

Knowledge of E-tender, Gem

Ø Preference:

o Govt. Experience in Web Technologies, Next Gen Areas, Digital Transformation: and other allied areas such as Smart Cities, Digitization, GIS, GEM etc

o Overseas Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per year
