The ideal candidate must have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be passionate , smart working, focused in bringing new business clients confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospective clients
· Meeting prospects at field level who could be the potential client and pitch the company’s
product through appropriate and excellent presentations.
· Execute the complete sales process with diligence.
· Negotiate/ close the deals along with handling the objections.
- · Set up meetings with potential clients.
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Manage sales pipeline
- Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree 3+ years in sales industry/BBA/MBA/PGDM
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- CRM experience is preferred
