DSPC Engineering Private Limited (New Delhi) is looking to hire a Project Manager – Chemical Process Plant for one of our associate companies with Minimum 10 years of work experience as per details below:

Salary: Negotiable

Expected Notice Period: Immediate or Within 1 month preferred to join. 

Opportunity Type: Onsite (At project site in Bihar)

Must Qualification: BE/B.Tech (Chemical/Mechanical)

Experience: Minimum 10 Years in Chemical Plant Grassroots projects as an erection manager. Experience in management of erection works for defence projects – a big advantage.

DSPC Engineering Private Limited (DEPL) is an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) company focusing on cross country oil, gas and water pipelines, city gas pipeline, civil infrastructure, processing of municipal solid waste, renewable energy generation and horizontal directional drilling having its own fleet of HDD rigs.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

1.⁠ Having independently handled at least 2 project of at least 100 Cr/Each as a Project Manager. Strategic thinking skills to develop “fit for purpose” execution strategies

2.⁠ ⁠Responsible for all the managerial Site safety Issues 

3.⁠ ⁠Highly skilled in Chemical Production plants erection management.

4.⁠ ⁠⁠Represents the company /organization at the site, a contact person for relevant Client’s personnel to the project, Act as a point of contact for the client for all /any project-related issues. Wide Engineering skills and technical knowledge. 

5.⁠ ⁠Have PMO skills and the ability to handle MSP to coordinate with the project management team’s PMO.

6.⁠ ⁠Coordination for all managerial aspects of the project’s supervision and site management team. responsible for all the supervisors and supervision works made at the site.

7.⁠ ⁠Coordinate with Project management team and engineering designers.

8.⁠ ⁠Final verification & certification of bills.

9.⁠ ⁠Ensure vendor hands over the project with all the relevant documents such as handover report, as-built drawings, operating catalogs, test reports, etc. 

10.⁠ ⁠Command over written and verbal communication in English.
