Interacting with students through various levels of communication channel
Capturing student issues and ensuring end to end resolution within specific TAT
Capturing feedback from student as and when required
Interacting with inter-department for ensuring timely issue resolution of student
Developing and maintaining student relationships
Maintaining records of student interactions
Providing overall great customer experience to Students

Graduate in any discipline
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
Proficiency in MS Office
Major KRA(SMART)
1. Handling all types of post admission queries through all the channels
2. End to End student issue resolution within specific TAT
3. Coordinating with different departments for resolving student queries
4. Feedback capturing from student as and when required
