-HRMS MANAGER at Head Office Patna- Number of position-01 Call Centre Supervisor- 06 SWC Coordinator-02 Education Qualification and Experience for the above posts. HRMS Manager-B.E/B.tech/MCA/MBA in HR with knowledge of HRMS software with minimum experience of 5 yrs and above in IT/Software development/IT system projects. Area of Expertise-Minimum 3 years experience of HRMS of minimum 3000 employees in COTS Application preferably people soft.

Call Centre Supervisor-Graduate degree or equivalent and 2 years experience as call centre executive.Proficient in IT and knowledge of call centre telephony and technology.Good typing skills in Hindi and English is a must.Good communication skills and experience in handling calls. To be stationed at Call centre, Department of Industries.
SWC Coordinator- Graduate or Equivalent and 2 yrs experience in IT Staff. Proficient in IT and knowledge of call centre telephony and technology. Typing skills in Hindi and English is a must.Worked on Windows (Preferably Worked with Single Clearance System.) What he/she will do: Will resolve the issues related with call centre. Will take follow-ups and take initiative to run the call centre smoothly. To be stationed at Call centre, Department of Industries.
