- Assisting with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes
- Managing employee files and maintaining accurate records
- Handling employee benefits and compensation administration
- Assisting with employee relations and resolving issues
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, and training sessions
- Managing and maintaining office equipment and supplies
- Handling office correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Providing administrative support to the HR department and other teams as needed
An HR/Admin professional should have excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have experience in an administrative role. A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field is usually required, along with several years of experience in an HR/Admin or related role. Strong knowledge of HR policies and regulations, and a good understanding of general office administration is essential.
