Don Bosco Tech Society is looking for a certified trainer to provide complete training to underprivlidged youth (based on knowledge and skills with materials, instructions and learning resources).

Designation: Trainer

Domain: Food & Beverage (Hospitality)

Department: Program

Location: Bihar (Patna, Nalanda,and Katihar)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide domain training to underprivileged youth for employability
• Ensure mobilization, training and placement for the trainees as per the project guidelines and target groups
• Mobilize, conduct road shows, outreach activity for drop out unemployed youth from within the community where the center is set up for the training program
• Deliver competency based instructor-led sessions and ensure quality parameters are met
• Conduct assessment of competence as per required standards
• Demonstrate work skills on-the-job or in a simulated environment
• Network with the industry and tie up for placement opportunities and ensuring placement for the youth trained
• Strengthen network and invite Industrial experts for guest lectures

Required Qualification & Skills

• Bachelor degree in hotel management
• Minimum 5 year of experience as a trainer
• Experience in relevant domain is a must
• Certified candidates from SCC in the same domain will be preferred
• Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platform

• Confident public speaker and a devoted educator who is up-to-date on the latest tools and resources to provide training
• Capacity building and training skills
• Fluency in English (both oral and written) and local language
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal skills & facilitation skills
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
