We are looking for ambitious and energetic business development executives having a compelling sales personality and a hunger to chase and close new sales. The candidates should have strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to seek, create, negotiate and close a deal.
Responsibilities:
- Building the business within assigned territory using a variety of sales techniques.
- Visiting schools in and around the assigned location and exploring business opportunities.
- Presenting demo of our K12App Platform to schools based on their needs and priorities.
- Handling objections, negotiating proposals and closing sales to generate revenue.
- Achieving monthly and yearly sales targets and activity-based targets.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Preferably MBA or Bachelor degree in any domain.
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales or Business Development role.
- Results-oriented, self-starter who strategically plan for success.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Should have the ability to negotiate with clients and handle objections with ease.
- Strong sales track record and a proven ability to hit targets and win new business.
- Exposure in educational domain (Preferred).
- Must have own bike, smart phone and laptop.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
