Analysis: Analyze media data to identify trends, sentiments, and potential issues that may impact the company’s reputation or market perception.

Report Generation: Create regular and ad-hoc media monitoring reports, presenting key findings and actionable insights to relevant stakeholders, such as marketing, PR, and executive teams.

Crisis Detection and Management: Proactively identify potential crises or negative publicity and alert the appropriate teams for timely response and mitigation.

Competitor Analysis: Track and compare media coverage and social media performance of competitors, providing insights into their strategies and positioning.
