Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Dhanbad. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, identifying their needs, and helping them achieve their financial goals. The Role involves nurturing relationships with clients by solving their queries, providing excellent service, cross-selling and upselling bank products, and managing client portfolios.

• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Good understanding of banking and financial products
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Knowledge of the regional market and the ability to generate new leads is a plus
• Experience working in the banking or financial services industry is preferred
